VP for Policy and Advocacy at the Partnership, I am excited to use my experience building and leading campaigns and organizations that foster cross-sector collaboration and center the needs and voices of students, families, and communities. I believe that transformational change is possible and I want to contribute towards building a thriving movement ecosystem that leads and models that change. The work of the Partnership is at the core of who I am, yet if I was forced to do something not in education, would be happy competing in expeditionary races, playing in the NBA, or being a full time dad. Deeply, I believe our democracy requires striving for a true meritocracy, which can only be achieved once we have justice and equity in all our schools. During my tenure at KIPP, I also received a Doctorate in Education Leadership at UCLA. ![]() I later become the principal after attending the KIPP Leadership Program at UC-Berkeley in partnership with National-Louis University, earning a Master’s in Administration and Supervision.
